My journey with soccer
I have loved soccer for as long as I can remember. I started playing as a young boy in the streets of Nepal, eventually securing a position on Nepal's national youth soccer team. After moving to the US, I turned this passion into a career and have been sharing the joy of playing soccer with kids of all ages for 20+ years. After moving to Fort Collins in 2022, I decided to start my own soccer company to showcase the coaching style and learning methods I have developed throughout my soccer career.

About US
I started Skilz Youth Soccer in 2022, after many years of coaching for other clubs, as I saw a need in the market for a non-competitive kid's soccer club. Our classes are designed to focus on a child's development using age-appropriate games, without the pressure that is associated with bigger clubs where players are only interested in making it to more advanced levels.
At Skilz Youth Soccer we coach kids starting at 2.5 years old and use skills-based games to teach them to love soccer and have fun, while they are developing their gross motor skills and learning how to be part of a team. While there are many soccer classes to choose from in the area, at Skilz Youth Soccer we stand apart because of the positive environment we create and the energy we bring to the field, which translates to every kid we coach. Having fun and enjoying practice is our number one priority, rather than focusing on competition that defeats the morale of many children this age. Under our learning style, kids not only develop their physical abilities, but build confidence in themselves and learn sportsmanship and respect for others. We believe winning is a side effect that follows if you are enjoying the game and working well with your teammates.
We offer classes based on age and skill level and teach in various park locations around the greater Fort Collins, CO area.
